A diary study on shared leadership, team work engagement, and goal attainment

Theory of shared leadership has suggested that this informal source team is highly dynamic and changes over time. We draw on assumption provide new insights about the nature short‐term in leadership. Additionally, we advance nomological network by examining within‐team relations day‐level with cohesion, work engagement, goal attainment. To study these dynamics relationships, conducted a daily‐diary study. collected daily measures from 53 teams 187 members resulting 725 person‐days 207 team‐days. Bayesian multilevel modelling supported our hypotheses as was linked to The findings contribute understanding associations add state. Limitations directions for further research are then discussed.
